Tricolor salad

We present you a delicious tricolor salad, simple to prepare and very tasty. It is a very quick preparation and that is the perfect accompaniment to any strong dish.

  • 2 teaspoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon, granulated
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 4 leaves butterhead lettuce, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomato, in halves
  • 1/2 cups red bell pepper, deveined and ginned, cut into very thin strips
  • 1 cup cauliflower, previously cooked, small bouquets
  • 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

  • Split the spinach and lettuce with your hands into small bite-size pieces. Then place it in a container.
  • Place the other vegetables together with the green leaves in the container. Mix everything very well.
  • Add the oil, juice, vinegar and then the teaspoons of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth. Mix and integrate well to season uniformly.
