Bring the asparagus to a boil until tender, cut in half.
Cut the tomato and panela cheese into slices a little thick.
Add oil to a pan and roast the asparagus, cheese and tomato.
Assemble the towers with tomato, panela cheese and asparagus.
Add salt and pepper.
Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a little bit of balsamic vinegar.
