  • 1 avocado
  • 300 grams panela cheese
  • 3 red beefsteak tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegars
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Cut the avocado into slices.
  • Cut the tomato and panela cheese into slices a little thick.
  • Add oil to a pan and roast the cheese and tomato.
  • Assemble the towers with tomato, panela cheese and finally the slices of avocado.
