300 grams panela cheese
3 red beefsteak tomatoes
olive oil
balsamic vinegars

Cut the avocado into slices.
Cut the tomato and panela cheese into slices a little thick.
Add oil to a pan and roast the cheese and tomato.
Assemble the towers with tomato, panela cheese and finally the slices of avocado.
Add salt and pepper.
Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a little bit of balsamic vinegar.
