3 red beefsteak tomatoes

balsamic vinegars

Cut the avocado into slices.
Slice the tomato and panela cheese into slightly thick slices.
Add oil to a pan and grill the cheese and tomato.
Build the towers with tomato, panela cheese, and finish with the avocado slices.
Add salt and pepper.
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a little balsamic vinegar.
