Warm Chayote Salad

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 chayote, peeled and cut into strips 1 centimeter thick
  • 1/2 tablespoons table salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons sugar, white
  • 1/4 teaspoons árbol chile, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
