A delicious warm endive salad accompanied by almonds and white wine. This salad is perfect for a romantic dinner.

4 heads endive
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 cups white wine
1/4 cups almonds
8 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped garlic until golden.
Add the heads of endives, pour in the balsamic vinegar and white wine, and allow it to come to a boil. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes, flip the endives and cook for 1 more minute. Remove from the pan.
Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens and use it as the dressing for your salad.
