Wonton salad

This easy recipe will become one of your favorite summer salads, as it is delicious and has a crunchy consistency. In addition, this chicken wonton salad is perfect as a side or main dish, as it is a very complete salad. A unique experience between flavors and textures. Dare to try it!

  • water, hot, to cook the chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken, in cubes
  • 1/4 onions, to cook the chicken
  • 1 clove garlic, to cook the chicken
  • 1 sprig celery, to cook the chicken
  • salt, to cook the chicken
  • 1 package wonton wrapper
  • vegetable oil, to fry
  • 1 package Chopped Asian Eva® Salad
  • 1 cup chicken, cooked, cubed
  • 1/4 cups green onion stalks
  • cilantro, to decorate

  • Place the chicken in a pot with hot water, add the onion, garlic and celery; season with salt and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat. Drain and reserve the chicken cubes.
  • Place the wonton dough squares on a flat surface, use a circular cutter 4 cm in diameter and cut the dough making the most of the space.
  • Pour enough vegetable oil into a hot skillet and fry the wonton circles on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper and reserve.
  • In a bowl place the Chopped Asian Eva® Salad, the cooked chicken, the cambray onion tail, the coriander and the fried wonton. Serve immediately and accompany with Chopped Asian Eva® Salad Vinaigrette to taste.
