Wonton Salad

This easy recipe will become one of your favorite summer salads, as it is delicious and has a crunchy texture. Additionally, this chicken wonton salad pairs perfectly as a side dish or as a main course, as it is a very complete salad. A unique experience of flavors and textures. Dare to try it!

  • water, hot, for cooking the chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken, in cubes
  • 1/4 onions, for cooking the chicken
  • 1 clove garlic, for cooking the chicken
  • 1 sprig celery, for cooking the chicken
  • salt, for cooking the chicken
  • 1 package wonton wrapper
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 package Chopped Asian Eva® Salad
  • 1 cup chicken, cooked, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups green onion stalks
  • cilantro, for garnish

  • Place the chicken in a pot with hot water, add the onion, garlic, and celery; season with salt and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat. Drain and set aside the chicken cubes.
  • On a flat surface, place the squares of wonton dough, using a 4 cm diameter circular cutter to cut the dough, making the most of the space.
  • Pour enough vegetable oil into a hot skillet and fry the wonton circles on both sides. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  • In a bowl, place the Chopped Asian Salad Eva®, the cooked chicken, the green onion tops, cilantro, and the fried wonton. Serve immediately and accompany with Chopped Asian Salad Eva® dressing to taste.
