Andalusian Pink Sauce

This Andalusian pink sauce is very tasty for accompanying fish and vegetables.

  • 1/4 liters olive oil
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 10 olives
  • 1 garlic
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 can bell pepper
  • 1/4 cups white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • In a blender, combine the egg yolks, salt, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and garlic, blend well, and gradually add the olive oil until a thick sauce is obtained.
  • Add bell peppers, ketchup, and olives. Blend completely and serve in a sauce dish garnished with some sliced bell pepper.
