This green avocado sauce is ideal to accompany tacos, meats and for snacks or empanadas. The avocado gives the sauce a particular flavor that also makes it more creamy.
Split the avocado and remove the bone, put in the blender along with the other ingredients and blend, being a little watery but a little thick, add the salt and that's it.
