Bone Marrow Sauce

Recipe for bone marrow sauce, especially delicious, try it!!!

  • 1 kilo bone marrow, (bone with marrow)
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 ancho chiles
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt, and pepper

  • Remove the veins and soak the chiles, blend with tomato, garlic, and onion.
  • Soak the bones in a pot with water; when the marrow softens, remove it and place it in a saucepan over heat.
  • Add salt and pepper and simmer on low heat, stirring continuously until the marrow dissolves.
  • Pour the strained blend of tomato and chiles over the marrow. Fry for a moment and serve very hot.
