1 kilo bone marrow, (bone with marrow)
1 tomato
3 ancho chiles
1 onion
1 clove garlic
salt, and pepper

Low
Remove the veins and soak the chiles, blend with tomato, garlic, and onion.
Soak the bones in a pot with water; when the marrow softens, remove it and place it in a saucepan over heat.
Add salt and pepper and simmer on low heat, stirring continuously until the marrow dissolves.
Pour the strained blend of tomato and chiles over the marrow. Fry for a moment and serve very hot.
