1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper, or dry chili powder
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 anchovy fillets, mashed
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
black pepper
salt, to taste

In a medium bowl, mix the egg, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, dry chili powder, mustard, and anchovies.
Slowly add the oil while whisking with a whisk to emulsify.
Add the cheese and season with salt and pepper.
