Carrot as Sauce

  • 3 carrots
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • soy sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 red chile
  • 2 tomatoes

  • Finely chop the carrot, and in a skillet, sauté with soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce for 5 minutes.
  • Add the onion, bell pepper, the two tomatoes, the three cloves of garlic, the chili, and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Blend everything until it becomes finely thick, adding salt and black pepper to taste.
