1 bell pepper

Finely chop the carrot, and in a skillet, sauté with soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce for 5 minutes.
Add the onion, bell pepper, the two tomatoes, the three cloves of garlic, the chili, and sauté for 5 minutes.
Blend everything until it becomes finely thick, adding salt and black pepper to taste.
