Spicy sauce that goes well with any Mexican snack. It is used especially to season the broth known as chilpachole.

8 cascabel chiles
2 tomatoes, gourds
1 clove garlic
1/4 onions
1 pinch ground cumin
1 pinch oregano
salt

Boil the peppers without the stem or seeds for five minutes.
Roast the tomatoes, onion and garlic on the comal.
Grind the roasted ingredients, chiles, cumin, oregano and salt, to taste.
Serve hot or on time.
