cut all ingredients into small cubes except for: whipped cream, cherries, and sugar
put the desired amount of fruit in a cup.
then, on top of the fruit, add whipped cream in a spiral shape.
on top of the whipped cream, place 3 cherries right in the middle of the cup.
sprinkle a little sugar over the whipped cream.
