Greek Herb Vinaigrette

This vinaigrette is perfect for salads that include romaine lettuce or Greek or Mediterranean salads. It also pairs well with pasta or vegetable salads.

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice , freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic, mashed
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • salt , and pepper to taste
