This vinaigrette is perfect for salads that include romaine lettuce or Greek or Mediterranean salads. It also pairs well with pasta or vegetable salads.

2 teaspoons lemon juice , freshly squeezed
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoons garlic, mashed
1/2 cups olive oil
salt , and pepper to taste

Add the olive oil in a thin, steady stream while continuing to stir. Season with salt and pepper.
