Asian Vinaigrette

To accompany salads with pasta or green vegetables, you will have all the oriental flavor with this vinaigrette.

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar , sugar-free, and salt-free
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice , freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely crushed
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil, or grape seed oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil, of toasted seeds

  • In a bowl, mix the rice vinegar, lemon juice, honey, ginger, soy sauce, and oils.
  • Before serving over any salad, mix again to properly emulsify the ingredients.
