Curry Dressing

This dressing is perfect for adding to salads; it will give an exquisite flavor. You can also use it to marinate a cut of meat and give it a different and tasty touch.

  • 1 tablespoon curry
  • 1/2 tablespoons paprika
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 50 milliliters olive oil

  • Place 50 ml of olive oil in a glass bowl, add the tablespoon of curry and mix with a small whisk or fork.
  • Add half a tablespoon of paprika and mix.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar and continue mixing until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
