Garlic-Infused Olive Oil

This olive oil is infused with garlic. You can use it to cook fish, meat, to flavor bread, or for a salad.

  • 1/2 liters extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic

  • Cut the garlic in half and remove the germ.
  • Put the oil and garlic in a small pot. Leave it on the stove but only with the pilot light on. (What you want is not for it to cook, just to heat so that the thyme releases its aromas)
