Homemade mayonnaise, very quick in just 1 minute, with which we can be creative, impress our guests, and surprise them with a personal touch of flavor.
Ideal for accompanying any dish.
In a glass jar, add the whole egg, 1/2 cup of olive oil, and 1/2 cup of sunflower oil.
Insert the hand blender to the bottom. We start blending.
When you hear the blender making a different noise than when you started the process, at that moment, we begin to slowly lift it so that it mixes with the oils (do this gradually... if we do it suddenly, the mayonnaise will be too liquid).
Once it takes on a white color and a thick consistency, only then do we add the can of oysters and continue blending until the desired consistency is reached.
Salt and pepper to taste.
