  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, dry, ground
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano, ground
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil, ground
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • salt
  • 3/4 cups red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil

  • In a bowl, mix the mustard and honey until fully combined.
  • In another bowl, mix the parsley, oregano, basil, thyme, and salt. Incorporate into the honey and mustard mixture. Pour in the red wine vinegar and add the olive oil gradually.
