Light Avocado Ranch Dressing

Ranch Dressing is the perfect complement for a delicious salad; once you make this preparation, you won’t want to buy it at the store again. This recipe is much tastier than any commercial dressing.

  • 1/4 cups avocado, peeled
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise, low-fat
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon unsalted butter , (dry buttermilk)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons parsley , dry
  • 2 teaspoons chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon celery, dry
  • 1 pinch dill, dry
  • 1 pinch garlic pieces Mccormick®
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • In a deep bowl, mash the avocado (*you can use the whole avocado if it’s small), add the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, and vinegar; mix. Add the parsley, celery, dill, chives, and garlic and mix again until you achieve a smooth texture. A food processor or blender can also be used if a smoother texture is desired.
  • Refrigerate overnight before serving.
