Ranch Dressing is the perfect complement for a delicious salad; once you make this preparation, you won’t want to buy it at the store again. This recipe is much tastier than any commercial dressing.
In a deep bowl, mash the avocado (*you can use the whole avocado if it’s small), add the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, and vinegar; mix. Add the parsley, celery, dill, chives, and garlic and mix again until you achieve a smooth texture. A food processor or blender can also be used if a smoother texture is desired.
Refrigerate overnight before serving.
