Light Cilantro Dressing

This cilantro dressing is not only recommended for being light, but also because you can combine it with fresh salads of lettuce, spinach, or cucumber.

  • 2 bunches fresh cilantro
  • 2 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, depends on size
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1/4 onions

  • Blend all ingredients on high speed for 2 minutes.
  • Once all ingredients are well integrated, pour the mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate.
  • The next day, serve with your favorite salad, such as lettuce, carrot, cucumber, or spinach.
