Mango Vinaigrette with Olive Oil

Sometimes we hesitate to eat salads more often because we don't have anything to accompany them, but with this mango vinaigrette recipe, that excuse will be eliminated. Mango is an ideal fruit for mixing in many preparations, like a vinaigrette, due to its characteristic sweet flavor. The exquisite taste of Oli de Nutriolli® extra virgin olive oil combines excellently with the flavors of the vinaigrette, enhancing and complementing them.
