Red Berry Vinaigrette with Mustard

This delicious red berry vinaigrette recipe with mustard is ideal for all your salads or vegetables this holiday season, as it is made with a combination of strawberry, raspberry, and Strongbow® Red Berries, which will give it a special touch.

  • 1 cup strawberries, into quarters
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups Strongbow® red berries
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon pink salt
  • citrus salad, to accompany

  • Cook the strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, and sugar in a pot for 5 minutes, so the fruit releases its own juice and caramelizes with the sugar.
  • Add the Strongbow® Red Berries to the pot with the red fruits and let it reduce for 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat and place in a bowl to cool slightly.
  • Mix and mash the red berries using an immersion blender, then add the mustard and gradually drizzle in the oil while continuing to mix with the immersion blender. Season with pink salt and place in a vinaigrette container.
  • Serve the red berry vinaigrette over a citrus salad and enjoy.
