1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce, ground

1 teaspoon sugar
5 tablespoons vegetable oil

Grind the walnuts and almonds in a food processor. Do not process for too long, as it can turn into an oily paste.
In the same processor, add the mustard, chiles, salt, sugar, and vinegar.
In a steady stream, add the oil slowly to prevent the mixture from separating.
