1 teaspoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
1/2 teaspoons mustard
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 cups lime juice
1 clove garlic, small, peeled
3/4 cups vegetable oil
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1/2 green bell peppers, seedless, finely chopped
1/2 red bell peppers, seedless, finely chopped

Blend well the Knorr® Suiza Chicken Bouillon cube with mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, and garlic.
Turn on the blender at the lowest speed and gradually add the oil.
Pour the previous mixture into a container and mix in the onion and peppers.
Serve with steamed vegetables or salad.
