A delicious homemade pineapple jam that you will love; unlike commercial jam, you can control the amount of sugar you add or the texture you prefer. Enjoy your toasted bread with this tasty fruit jam.
Remove the skin from the pineapple and cut it into cubes.
In a pot, add the fruit and pineapple juice. Cook for 60 minutes. Be careful not to let the jam run out of liquid, as it may stick; if necessary, add more pineapple juice or water.
After one hour has passed, add the sugar. At this step, continuously stir the mixture. Cook for 30 minutes or until the mixture reaches the desired texture.
Once the mixture has cooled, add the juice of two lemons. Blend until you achieve the desired consistency.
