  • 600 grams sugar

  • Peel the mangoes, remove the pit, cut them into quarters, and place them in a container in layers, alternating with the sugar.
  • Then, let them macerate for 1 hour and cook over high heat for 10 minutes.
  • Next, continue cooking over low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon when it begins to thicken.
  • When it thickens, leave it on the heat for 10 more minutes and remove from heat. Let it cool and enjoy this delicious dessert.
