Peel the mangoes, remove the pit, cut them into quarters, and place them in a container in layers, alternating with the sugar.
Then, let them macerate for 1 hour and cook over high heat for 10 minutes.
Next, continue cooking over low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon when it begins to thicken.
When it thickens, leave it on the heat for 10 more minutes and remove from heat. Let it cool and enjoy this delicious dessert.
