1 cup butter, at room temperature
1/4 cups Dijon mustard
1/4 cups fresh tarragon, finely chopped

Beat all the ingredients with a hand-held electric mixer at medium speed until well combined. Store the mixture in an airtight container.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
Use the butter in your favorite dish.
