Passion Fruit Sauce

You can serve this passion fruit sauce to accompany panna cotta or milk jelly.

  • 1/2 cups passion fruit pulp
  • 1 cup white wine, sweet as Muscat
  • 1/4 cups sugar

  • In a container, mix all the ingredients, let it boil, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes without stirring.
  • Let the sauce reduce to a third and allow to cool. Serve.
