Asparagus Sauce

A delicious asparagus sauce that you can use to top a steak, chicken, or fish, or with whatever creation you desire.

  • 400 grams asparagus, chopped
  • leeks, sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 2/3 cups cream
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Melt the butter, sauté the leek, add the asparagus, chicken broth, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer on low for 10 minutes.
  • Add the wine and blend. Add the cream and blend once more.
  • Serve with your favorite dish.
