A delicious asparagus sauce that you can use to top a steak, chicken, or fish, or with whatever creation you desire.

400 grams asparagus, chopped
leeks, sliced
1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cups white wine
2/3 cups cream
salt
pepper
Preparation

Melt the butter, sauté the leek, add the asparagus, chicken broth, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer on low for 10 minutes.
Add the wine and blend. Add the cream and blend once more.
Serve with your favorite dish.
