2 cups sour cream
1 cup white wine
4 green onions
1/8 teaspoons nutmeg

Chop the green onion and sauté it in a little oil (only the green part, not the bulb).
Add three tablespoons of white wine and wait for the alcohol to evaporate. (About 3 to 5 minutes).
Add the cream and wait for it to start boiling.
Add nutmeg to taste and remove from heat.
