This walnut pesto sauce tastes delicious with pasta, but you can also use it as a dressing on a salad.

250 grams nut
3 cloves garlic
100 milliliters olive oil
100 grams Parmesan cheese, grated

Put the garlic cloves in the blender. Once they are crushed, add the walnuts. Blend, but don't wait for it to become a paste.
Add the oil to everything else in the blender.
Finally, add the Parmesan cheese but mix only with a spoon.
