Walnut Pesto

This walnut pesto sauce tastes delicious with pasta, but you can also use it as a dressing on a salad.

  • 250 grams nut
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 100 milliliters olive oil
  • 100 grams Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Put the garlic cloves in the blender. Once they are crushed, add the walnuts. Blend, but don't wait for it to become a paste.
  • Add the oil to everything else in the blender.
  • Finally, add the Parmesan cheese but mix only with a spoon.
