1/2 cups almonds, tostadas
1/2 cups toasted pecans
1/2 cups toasted pine nut
1 beet
3 cloves garlic
1 chipotle chile
1/4 cups petals, pink color
salt, and pepper
1 tablet white chocolate

Blend the beetroot with the chipotle pepper, almonds, walnuts, pine nuts, garlic, chicken broth, and rose petals.
Heat the mixture to reduce it and add 1 bar of white chocolate.
Season with a little salt and white pepper to taste.
Serve alongside half a roasted chicken breast and a bit of salad.
