Ranch Sauce

Try this molcajete-style ranch sauce that will make you salivate every time you think of it. There's no better combination than red and green tomatoes with that touch of árbol chili.

  • 8 árbol chiles, seedless
  • 4 red tomatoes
  • 6 tomatillos
  • 1 onion, small
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Suiza chicken broth

  • Roast the chiles on a griddle until lightly browned without burning them. Set aside.
  • On the same griddle, roast the red and green tomatoes along with the onion for 15 minutes or until they are well browned and slightly soft.
  • Grind the chiles and tomatoes in a molcajete until there are no large pieces.
  • Season with Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth and serve.
