Red Fruit Sauce

Sweet and sour red fruit sauce to top a cheesecake that will make a delicious dessert.

  • 200 grams strawberries
  • 200 grams raspberries
  • 200 grams blackberries
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 gram brandy
  • 1/2 glasses orange juice

  • In a pan, combine the 3 tablespoons of sugar, the flour, and the orange juice, stirring well to dissolve the flour and prevent lumps from forming, heat it and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
  • Add the brandy and let the alcohol reduce, stirring, then add the red fruits and mash them a little. Serve in a sauce boat.
