Spicy Cascabel Chili Sauce

This sauce is perfect to delight your palate with the Mexican flavor of the bell pepper. It is a spicy sauce that is a very good companion to different dishes for people who like spicy flavors.

  • 2 tablespoons cascabel chile
  • 1/4 cups water, tibia
  • 2 tomatoes, medium
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • salt

  • Roast the chilies and put them to soak in the water.
  • Meanwhile, roast the tomatoes and peel them, grind the tomatoes in a molcajete, the chilies and the garlic, if the sauce is too thick add a little water in which the chiles were soaked. Add the chopped onion and salt.
