Green Sauce with Tomatillos and Avocado

This very Mexican recipe was passed to me by my sister-in-law Sophy, it's a delight and super easy to prepare. It pairs perfectly with any taco, tostada, or stew. Make it, you won't regret it!

  • 1 kilo tomatillo 1 kilo tomatillo
  • 5 Jalapeño chiles 5 Jalapeño chiles
  • 2 serrano chiles 2 serrano chiles

  • Place the tomatillos, jalapeño peppers, serrano peppers, the bunch of cilantro, salt, pepper, and a splash of white vinegar into the blender.
  • Blend everything well, adjust the seasoning. Finally, add chunks of avocado and serve.
