Green Tomato Sauce (Tomatillo) and Avocado

I present to you the quickest and easiest green sauce for tacos. It's perfect to keep in the fridge and pair with all your dishes.

  • serrano chiles, to taste
  • 4 tomatillos, or tomatillo
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 white onions
  • fresh cilantro, to taste
  • 1 avocado

  • Wash all the vegetables except for the garlic.
  • Keep the griddle or pan on the heat until it's very hot.
  • Place the chiles, garlic, tomato, and onion on the griddle until they are slightly burned or change color, about 10 to 15 minutes. Put the cooked ingredients in the blender.
  • Blend the cooked ingredients for 1 minute on high speed.
  • Pour the sauce into a glass or clay serving bowl and garnish with cilantro leaves.
