1 clove garlic
5 green chiles
1 red onion, small
1 Roma tomato
4 black peppercorns
1 pinch sea salt
4 avocados
3 tablespoons white vinegar

Mash a clove of garlic and the 4 green chiles with a molcajete.
Add the 4 peppers and sea salt and mash.
Add two small pieces of red onion and mash.
Add the tomato cut into 4 and mash it with a molcajete.
Add the 4 avocados and mash. Add a splash of white vinegar. This will help prevent the avocado from oxidizing and turning black. Stir.
