  • 10 tomatillos
  • water, cold

  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cups cilantro

  • 1 sprig epazote

  • Clean the green tomatoes perfectly, remove the skin and rinse with cold water. Then cut them in half and reserve.
  • Pour a little vegetable oil in a pot, add the onion, the garlic, the tomatoes that you split and fry for 3 minutes. Later, pour the chicken broth, the cilantro and boil for 5 minutes.
  • Blend for 3 minutes or until the green sauce is smooth.
  • Heat a pot over medium heat, pour a little vegetable oil, pour the sauce that you blended and add a branch of epazote. Fry for 3 minutes and don't forget to season the green sauce with salt. Remove and it is ready to serve.
