Delicious recipe for spicy sauce prepared in a traditional molcajete. It is perfect for accompanying almost any dish.

1 clove garlic

Wash and disinfect the ingredients.
In a pot, bring half a liter of water to a boil and cook the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and cilantro over medium heat.
Toast the chiles on a grill or comal.
Once they are ready, let them cool and then remove the skin.
Place all the ingredients in a molcajete and mash until everything is broken down.
Finally, add lime and salt to taste.
