Mexican sauce made with a stone molcajete, it is a traditional recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation in my family. The molcajete gives the sauce a very special flavor, making it delicious.

4 tomatillos, medium
2 manzano chiles
1 sprig fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic
onions, to taste
salt , to taste

Roast the tomatoes and chiles until they are cooked.
Remove the seeds from the chiles.
You grind the onion and garlic in the molcajete by crushing them with the tejolote.
Start grinding the tomatoes and chiles one by one.
Finally, grind the cilantro and add salt.
