  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • serrano chiles, to taste
  • salt

  • Roast the chiles and peel them. Put the chiles and garlic in a molcajete and grind everything.
  • Add salt and chopped onion.
