Spicy Macha Sauce

This macha sauce is spicy but also very pleasant. Just add a few drops to different Mexican snacks and we guarantee it will enhance the flavor of the dish. It is very easy to prepare and will surely win everyone’s palate.

  • 50 grams chile, mixture of mulato, árbol, and guajillo

  • If you prefer, you can roughly grind the chiles, garlic, and salt. But you can also do it the following way:
  • Heat 1/2 cup of olive oil (or your preferred oil) in a skillet or saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the finely chopped garlic clove, the 10 chiles (árbol, mulato, and guajillo) to the skillet or saucepan and fry for about 5 minutes, until they are moderately fried; stir regularly.
  • Blend the chiles and the finely chopped garlic that were fried with all the oil used, or if they were ground beforehand, continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
