Tomato Sauce

This is an excellent sauce to accompany a variety of meals, easy, economical, and quick.

  • 1/2 kilos tomatillo
  • 10 dried chiles
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Boil the tomatoes in water for 3 minutes or until cooked.
  • Toast the dried chiles directly over the flame or on a griddle.
  • Remove the cooked tomatoes and blend them with the chiles and salt to taste.
