Cranberry Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon kuzu root starch
  • 100 milliliters cranberry juice, concentrated (for the cranberry sauce)
  • 1/2 cups cranberries

  • Dissolve the kuzu in the concentrated cranberry juice and then bring it to a boil. Once it boils, reduce the heat to low and continue stirring for five minutes. You will see how the consistency becomes denser. Set aside.
  • Add some cranberries at the end.
