This whipped cream is delicious and is used in baking; it is an ideal accompaniment for fruits like strawberries, peaches, kiwis, and whatever else we can imagine.

1 tablespoon vanilla essence
5 tablespoons sugar
1 liter whipping cream

Place the heavy cream in a bowl and add the sugar.
Mix with an electric mixer or otherwise by hand for approximately 20 minutes until the cream is consistent.
Add the vanilla extract and mix just enough for it to distribute evenly.
Place in the refrigerator and serve very cold.
