2 cups cranberry juice
1/2 cups red wine
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 cup honey
1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
1 cup cranberries
1 cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons butter
salt

Preparation

Pour the cranberry juice, red wine, and balsamic vinegar into a saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes to reduce the acidity.
Add the honey, ginger, cranberry, and cinnamon stick. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes to reduce the cranberry sauce.
Add ½ cup of the sauce to the cornstarch bowl and dissolve to avoid lumps when adding to the sauce. Add to the sauce and mix.
Cook for 5 more minutes, season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
Serve the cranberry sauce over a turkey breast and enjoy!
