4 cups butter
2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
2 cups button mushrooms, in thin slices
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cups sour cream
salt
pepper
2 tablespoons dill
2 tablespoons parsley
1/4 cups Parmesan cheese

Heat the butter in a pot and cook the garlic and onion for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the heavy cream, sour cream, and let it reduce for 2 minutes.
Season with dill, salt, pepper, parsley, and parmesan cheese. Set aside.
Serve the mushroom sauce over some chicken breasts and enjoy.
