1 cucumber
2 cloves garlic
300 milliliters Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 limes, just the juice
salt and pepper

Peel the cucumber, grate it, and remove the excess water.
In a bowl, add the yogurt, finely chopped garlic, lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk the mixture well with a fork.
Add the cucumber and mix until smooth. Refrigerate.
